Equity Builder Program (EBP) — Households earning up to 80% of the US Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Area Median Income (AMI) may be eligible for a grant of up to $32,099 through the Equity Builder Program to use toward the purchase price of a primary residence.
Lift Up Homeownership (LUH) Grant — Designed to support first-generation, first-time homebuyers, the Lift Up Homeownership grant program provides grants of up to $40,000 toward the purchase of a primary residence. Households that earn up to 120% of HUD AMI may be eligible.
For both programs, grant funds may be used for a down payment, closing costs, or interest rate reduction through discounted points. Completion of an approved homebuyer education and counseling program is required.
