Holly Dee Buck f/k/a Holly Buck Moore, Docket No. 65-3-17 Oscv; the following notice is given: Being a parcel of land consisting of 0.83 acres, more or less, together with a dwelling house and other improvements thereon, known and numbered as 26 Wheeler Corner in the Town of Newport, Vermont; and, being all and the same lands and premises conveyed by the Warranty Deed of Andrew J. Mathieu to William Fickett and Holly D. Fickett n/k/a Holly Dee Buck dated June 13, 1997 and recorded in Book 20 at Page 204 of the Newport Land Records. The interest of William Fickett having been conveyed to Holly D. Moore f/k/a Holly D. Fickett and n/k/a Holly Dee Buck dated October 14, 2006 and recorded in Book 27 at Page 49 of the Town of Newport Land Records.
