Carnarius v. Richard A. Bresky, Harmony Wilcox, Kurt Wilcox, Gene Cullins a/k/a Gene C. Cullins and State of Vermont - Office of Child Support, Vermont Superior Court, Orleans Unit, Docket No. 5-1-17 Oscv, the following notice of sale is hereby given: Being a parcel of land consisting of 19.4 acres, more or less, with a dwelling and improvements thereon, known and numbered as 1745 Chilafoux Road in the Town of Brownington, Vermont, and being all and the same land and premises conveyed to Norma D. Cullins (now deceased), Gene Cullins and Richard A. Bresky, Laurene L. Jones and Clifford M. Jones by the Quitclaim Deed of Norma D. Cullins and Gene C. Cullins dated August 16, 2012 and recorded in Book 54 at Page 628 of the Brownington Land Records. The interest of Clifford M. Jones and Laurene L. Jones were conveyed to Richard A. Bresky by the Quitclaim Deed dated December 4, 2014 and recorded in Book 57 at Page 543 of the Brownington Land Records.
