Howard Birchard was extremely professional, quick to get answers to questions, personable, and just plain great to work with. He went out of his way on several occasions. Such as picking up our internet modem when it was delivered on the wrong day. When the home required items to be repaired, Howard Birchard stayed on top of it, making sure that plumbers and electricians were on hand and the problem was being resolved. I would work with him again and again. He recommended local places to stay and dine when we traveled from SC to VT to look at homes. He took us to the homes that we had found online, and when we dismissed those, he took us to the ones he felt better met our needs. We purchased one of those. Since we could only be in Vermont over the weekend, he gave up his weekend to work with us. Howard Birchard is a dedicated individual who truly wants to find you the home you want.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Lyell Reed. We impulsively found a property we wanted to look at that same day. We contacted the agency at 9 am and had a showing scheduled for 11:30am with Lyell. We made an offer that night and closed within a few weeks. Lyell was very personable and efficient. Jack is a ski instructor at Burke Mountain. He fills in driving school buses when there is need. Burke is a small community, Jack understands and shares the community's values. I can't recommend him highly enough.
