Kevin Fontecha, owner of 98 Mill in St. Johnsbury and the Mooselook Diner in Concord, recently purchased the Natural Provisions property located at 537 Railroad Street in St. Johnsbury. In a letter Fontecha posted on the St. Johnsbury Country Store Facebook page, he said, the “heart of Natural Provisions will continue to beat within our walls.” He goes on to promise some exciting updates, including an earlier opening time, a new coffee station, and fresh bagels from Bagel Depot. In addition, Chef Paul Lamarre will join the team to “elevate the deli and catering services.” Responding to community needs, Fontecha also plans to open an independent pharmacy and to transform the upstairs space into a function hall for hosting events and gatherings.
