It’s time to visit your local maple sugar makers and inhale the aroma of boiling sap and delight in the special sweetness of sugar-on-snow. Smoke will be billowing out of the chimneys of sugarhouses throughout the state as they welcome visitors March 25 & 26 and April 1 & 2.
