Our Extended Family and What They Bring to the Table

Our Extended Family and What They Bring to the Table

Chances are you know one or more of our sales agents and brokers - you see their names and faces on signs all over the Northeast Kingdom. However, you may only know our support staff as a reassuring voice on the phone. What these members of the C21 Farm & Forest family do on a daily basis is among the reasons for our success as the top-selling firm in the NEK.

Tamara Pare has been with the company since it started as Farm & Forest Realty in 1993. She basically runs the show as Office Manager. In addition, she serves as our Marketing Manager, ensuring our clients’ properties are advertised in numerous print publications, including the Chronicle, The Caledonian-Record, Northland Journal, and Snowmobile Vermont .

A Northeast Kingdom native, Whitney Poginy studied business administration and marketing and has basically taken control of our social media, spreading the word about properties and the office on several social media platforms. She also obtained her real estate license in September, so you’ll be seeing a lot more from her.

McKenna Marsh, the newest addition in our Burke office, dove in head first and is quickly mastering new skills. This month she begins classes toward getting her real estate license.

We are truly blessed to have Erin Gallant as our Transaction Coordinator. Erin practiced law in Boston for almost 25 years before moving to the Northeast Kingdom, so she is the ideal liaison between clients and attorneys. When your property goes under contract, she’s key in helping to ensure you know important dates and items that need to be addressed in order to keep the process moving smoothly.

After a brief hiatus, Brooke Rockwell has returned as a part-time admin in the Burke office. The rest of the time she puts her 23 years of publishing experience to use writing content and utilizing her photography skills to take images of clients’ properties. In addition, she goes on-site to capture properties with our 3D camera, which Whitney processes to create the virtual tours that have become so important to potential buyers.
