Connie exemplifies how a realtor should take care of their clients.  She goes above and beyond to make the transaction happen, always with her clients' best interest in mind.  Not that I ever want to move again but if we do, Connie is who we will be looking for to make it all happen. 

Connie Isabelle's knowledge and experience allowed her to overcome every sticking point I encountered during my home buying process.  Her local connections enabled her to cut through red tape with remarkable quickness.  Connie was also very responsive to all of my many questions.  I highly recommend her as a real estate agent. 

Connie was very understanding when we sold my parents' house in Island Pond and was very patient with my Mom.  She was also very upfront with expectations for the sale and what to expect when we got an offer.  She was very helpful keeping communications open and lettings us know what to expect with the VA inspection.  All in all, she did a great job. 

I wish to thank Connie for her time, effort and friendliness.  I did not start with Century 21 Farm & Forest and Connie because I attempted to sell by Owner and while we had a few interested clients, non returned with a counter offer.  Connie advised me on the sales prospects for the area and advised I had over-priced my property.  When I turned the sale over to her and dropped the asking price to a more reasonable price, we immediately received an offer.

The reason that Connie was recommended and why we chose her was because of her ability to meet each person's needs.  We had a unique situation and were open to many types of options and she was very creative in working to help us find a home!  She was amazing!  She was helpful throughout the entire process!  "Patience" should have a few exclamation points as we were extremely slow and difficult.  We consider Connie a friend and plan to see her in the future.  We also worked with Nick and he, too, was extremely professional and helpful!
