"Libby was professional and great to work with from start to finish. She was knowledgeable about the market in the Northeast Kingdom and our small rural town, specifically. She worked hard for us and traveled distances from her office to our house whenever needed. She was a skilled and effective negotiator. We felt our interests were well represented throughout the process. She was also fun to work with and we enjoyed a personal connection. We highly recommend Libby as a realtor! "

"Libby helped us with both buying and selling homes. She was patient, open minded, comprehensive, and supportive. We chose Libby because she had helped our friends with the home ownership process and she knew the area we were looking to move. She was quick to respond to our questions and researched all of our inquiries - there were many. She helped us sell over the listing price by suggesting the perfect time to list our home."

"Libby was amazing! My husband and I live in CT but we contacted Libby to help us find a VT lake house. Securing lakeside property in VT is not the easiest thing to do, they get scooped up very quickly, but Libby helped us find exactly what we were looking for. Everything was so easy. Communication with Libby was fantastic. There is no way we could’ve found and bought our lake house without Libby’s help! We highly recommend her!"
