He worked with us long distance, sending us various properties and homes to look at and even did video walk-throughs to narrow down those that we would come see in person. He was very knowledgeable about home repairs that would be needed and the costs involved. After we decided on a place, he was able to give us recommendations for companies and people that could do a lot of the work and was very good with all of the paperwork involved for the sale itself. He made it much easier than it would have been normally, doing a long distance purchase.

Our agent, Scott Palzer, was knowledgeable and guided us through the process of finding a new home in Vermont. His knowledge of available homes in the different areas in northern Vermont and the advantages of each area (taxes, schools, recreation, etc) was instrumental in making our buying decision.
