Why Work With Us?

I have been lucky enough to buy two houses through Century 21 Farm and Forest. Most recently, I worked with Brandy for months to find my perfect home. She went above and beyond to get me showings and has a keen eye for details that are incredibly important for home buying that not all people (and certainly not all realtors) attend to. When it came time to close, the whole team made it seamless and easy. Highly recommend for anyone looking to buy in northeastern Vermont.

Brandy Goulet assisted my husband and me in finding the perfect second home/short-term rental in Burke, VT. We live 3 hours away, so coming up to look at properties before other offers were put in was difficult. Brandy did multiple video tours for us of properties we were interested in. She relayed information and had questions answered quickly. She even climbed through bushes and tall grass to show us yards and property lines. Once we decided on a home, Brandy made the buying process simple and explained each form as we signed the paperwork. I would highly recommend Brandy Goulet for anyone needing real estate guidance and experience!

I was a pleasure working with Brandy. She was always on time and very knowledgable of properties we were interested in. Winter was approaching and so we paused our looking. We will be contacting Brandy in the future.

Brandy Goulet was so easy to work with. She took care of any issues that came up. I would use her again.

Working with Century 21 Farm and Forest—especially our agent Brandy Goulet—was an exceptional experience from start to finish. As first-time homebuyers, we were naturally apprehensive, but Brandy was incredibly kind, helpful, thorough, and patient as we found our way to our ideal home. She guided us through every step with confidence and clarity, making what could have been an overwhelming process feel manageable and even enjoyable.

Brandy went above and beyond by connecting us with trusted inspectors, contractors, and other professionals, helping ensure everything stayed on track through closing. Even months later, she continues to be available and helpful whenever questions come up. We’re truly grateful for her support and highly recommend working with Brandy Goulet and the entire Century 21 Farm and Forest team.

Brandy Goulet was our (6 sisters) agent for a small land transaction in 2025. She went above and beyond, assisting us with the removal from current use, helping to find a nearby closing attorney and finding a qualified buyer, all for a fairly small commission. We would certainly use Brandy again!

Our experience with Brandy Goulet has been very positive, she was always very responsive to our questions and her marketing brought numerous showings for our lake house.
