After several years in the accounting field, Megan Maclure joined Century 21 Farm & Forest full-time in 2013, bringing a strong foundation in finance, organization, and business operations. In January 2025, Megan and her husband, Nick, proudly became owners of the company, continuing its legacy as a leading real estate firm in Vermont’s Northeast Kingdom.

A licensed Broker, Megan plays a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the business. She oversees office administration, financial management, and bookkeeping for both the Derby and East Burke locations, ensuring the company runs efficiently while delivering a high level of service to clients and agents alike. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to excellence, Megan is dedicated to creating a seamless experience across every aspect of the business.

Beyond her work at Century 21 Farm & Forest, Megan is deeply involved in the local community and real estate industry. She served as President of the Orleans County Board of REALTORS® from 2022 to 2025, after previously holding roles as Vice President and Treasurer. She also serves as Treasurer of Memphremagog Trails, and President of Northeast FC Wildcats. Megan is passionate about supporting community initiatives and is actively involved in local fundraising efforts, as well as managing both of her children’s Wildcats soccer teams.

Megan and Nick live in Derby with their two children, Brock and Brynn. As a family, they enjoy taking full advantage of Vermont’s outdoor lifestyle—from hiking and skiing to mountain biking and exploring the Northeast Kingdom. Much of their free time is spent cheering on their kids, whether it’s at the rink, on the soccer field, or at dance competitions.
