Lyell Reed worked through months of negotiations for us.  We purchased from out of state and Lyell had to deal with all the on-site issues.  He's been most resourceful even when faced with the most tedious buyer-seller issues.  We had the surprise of welcoming our new baby much earlier than expected and couldn't be there for the final negotiations but Lyell made everything go super smoothly.  Lyell really held our hand through all of it!  Highly recommend him as an agent and we'll definitely go to him again for any further selling/purchasing for sure! 

Lyell Reed is the BEST!!!  He has helped us to sell, then buy and sell again!!!!!  Always there when you need him and makes a difficult process actually fun.  On his suggestion we used the Century 21 Farm & Forest truck in moving and it saved us a lot and Travis (who helped us move) was terrific.  Lyell will help us find another gem in VT soon. 

 

Lyell was our broker when we bought the property at Dashner Drive and he became a friend as well as our agent.  He was very professional & knows the business very well.  We had all the faith that he would get us the best deal as he did when we purchased the house.  If anyone asks about needing an agent, we always refer them to Lyell.  He is absolutely sincere & doesn't act like a normal salesman in the sense that he doesn't just tell you what you want to hear.  He's also there with important information you need to hear and is eager to find out something if he isn't sure of the answer. You could call or e-mail him and if he was busy with another client he would let you know & get back to you as soon as he could.  Otherwise, he responded immediately to any form of communication. He is someone after you meet him for 5 minutes you feel as if you had known him all your life, like an old dear trusted friend.  From the day we talked to him about listing our property he was already working on his advertising set-up so when we actually signed the paperwork that evening, the very next morning he had all his ideas in motion.  It wasn't even 2 days and we had people interested in our house and he was always in touch with us with anything we might need to do to help sell it.  

We originally came to know Lyell via a property we found through realtor.com that he had listed.  We went to see the listed property and the place wasn't a fit but Lyell was.  Of all the real estate agents we had talked with, he was the ONLY one who understood what we were looking for and sent us properties that fit the bill.  We knew we would find something eventually we could buy through him.  Listening & responding seems to be rare in the industry these days, but not with Lyell!  He is highly recommended from us.  Thank you!!!
